NOTICE OF BEER BOARDMEETING 

The City of Dyer Beer Board will meet Monday, March 13, 2023at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 105 South Main Street, Dyer, Tennessee, toconsider the application of Tri Star Energy, LLC, for an Off Premise Permit at187 South Main St, Dyer, Tennessee (Little General #3236).

The City of Dyer will be conducting a pre-bid meeting at 10 a.m. on March 14th, 2022 at 105 S. Main St., Dyer City Hall, for Licensed Contractors.  This is a 2020 Home Grant Rehabilitation Project. This program is provided through the HOME Program by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA). We are looking for Licensed Contractors who are interested in bidding on rehabilitation/reconstruction jobs.  You must be a Tennessee State Licensed Contractor. Pursuant to TCA § 8-44-103, notice is given of the following meetings:

The City of Dyer Fire Committee will meet on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 105 South Main St, Dyer, Tennessee. The committee will meet to discuss an exception to the nepotism ordinance due to alack of qualified applicants in the Fire Department.

The City of Dyer Finance, Administration, and Personnel Committee will meet on Thursday, March 16, 2023, following the Fire Committee meeting at City Hall, 105 South Main St, Dyer, Tennessee. The committee will meet to discuss priorities for the upcoming CDBG grant cycle, to discuss an exception to the nepotism ordinance due to a lack of qualified applicants in the Fire Department, and to discuss improvements at the Eagle Community Center.
