Fuel Surcharge
An adjustable Fuel Surcharge will be added to the utility bills each month. The amount of the fuel surcharge will be contigent
upon current fuel rates.

Utility Bills are payable at the City Hall and are due the first of the month and delinquent 
after the 10th. Add a 10% penalty after the 10th of the month. If not paid within 10 days 
after delinquency, service will be discontinued. If water is disconnected for nonpayment, 
all bills plus a $50.00 re-connect fee must be paid before water service is restored.
