- Commercial - All industrial and commercial users of the system shall be subject to negotiation provided in the sewer use ordinance

Fuel Surcharge
An adjustable Fuel Surcharge will be added to the utility bills each month. The amount of the fuel surcharge will be contigent upon current fuel rates.
Due Dates
Utility Bills are payable at the City Hall and are due the first of the month and delinquent after the 10th. Add a 10% penalty after the 10th of the month. If not paid by the fourth Thursday of the month, service will be discontinued. If water is disconnected for nonpayment, all bills plus a $50.00 re-connect fee must be paid before water service is restored.
